This is a full‑time position, where you will play a vital role in supporting the holistic development of our tamariki (children) and contributing to the achievement of our centre's goals. What you’ll be doing Planning and delivering high‑quality, engaging learning experiences that align with the Te Whāriki curriculum Fostering a nurturing, inclusive and culturally responsive learning environment Observing and documenting children’s learning and development to inform teaching practices Developing positive relationships with children, whānau (families) and the wider community Participating in ongoing professional development to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge Teacher‑in‑training (3 rd year student in ECE) Are you currently pursuing a qualification in Early Childhood Education (ECE) and feeling intrigued about the principles and practices of respectful teaching pedagogy? We are seeking a passionate and motivated ECE teacher‑in‑training who has confirmation of completion of their two years training with their ECE Provider. In this role, you will work in a nurturing and caring environment, receive guidance and support from our experienced teaching staff, support your professional growth and development in line with your ECE Provider.
