Experience in building and publishing web content pages leveraging Salesforce and FIGMA. Manage content implementation via CMS and web platforms such as Salesforce or other TWL-approved platforms across web, app & edm. Execute content updates supporting campaigns, categories, and trading events to ensure that all deadlines are met. QA and validate content accuracy, presentation, and accessibility prior to go-live in coordination with Category management. Ensure compliance with Ecom operations and campaign timelines. Support creative integration using Figma or other TWL-approved tools. Maintain taxonomy, navigation, and product content integrity. Coordinate with Trade, UX, Product and Marketing teams to deliver content on schedule. Coordinate with technical teams for content publishing and updates. Support continuous improvement of content processes and templates. Development and maintenance of reusable templates and components. Identification of automation opportunities within CMS workflows. Coordinate content release timing across web, app, and campaign channels. Provide rollback and contingency support for content issues post-release. Validate content accessibility and brand compliance as part of pre-go-live quality assurance. Ensure adherence to CMS standards, governance, and publishing frameworks.
