The Opportunity We are recruiting for a Workshop Administrator to join Ritchies, at our Rotorua Depot on a permanent basis, 30 hours per week. This role reports into the Workshop Manager. You will oversee and undertake the day‑to‑day operation of the workshop administration tasks– VMS being the primary system for workshop & maintenance operations. You will also be responsible for department purchasing, stock control (including stock takes), and booking in the fleet with external repairers/contractors as required. About Us Ritchies is one of Aotearoa New Zealand’s leading passenger transport companies with a team of more than 3,000 people providing coach and charter services right across the country. We partner with regional councils and schools to supply public transport services as well as offering a range of bus and coach hire services to businesses and the general public. You would be joining us at an exciting time in Ritchies’ history as we gear up to decarbonise our fleet and move to a more sustainable public transport model. About You You are an administrator who takes pride in your work. You're used to juggling multiple priorities and have great time management skills. You've got a genuine interest in public transport and/or mechanics and can pick up the lingo with ease. You’re a great team player and can communicate with a variety of people and groups in a manner that is concise and easy to understand. You take health and safety seriously and are an advocate for it’s importance.
