The Opportunity We are looking for a proactive and passionate Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor to join our team. Known for its focus on safety, reliability, and customer service, the company plays a key role in connecting communities and supporting both daily commuters and the tourism industry. About the role Provide expert health, safety and wellbeing support across the business by advising managers, ensuring legislative compliance, conducting audits and risk assessments, investigating incidents, delivering training, promoting a positive safety culture, and driving continuous improvement through effective reporting and stakeholder engagement. What you offer Experience in a Health & Safety Advisor or similar role. Knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. Strong investigation and risk management skills. Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities. High attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Experience using Microsoft Office and reporting systems. A relevant qualification in Health & Safety (or working towards one) is desirable. A current full New Zealand Driver Licence. What we offer A supportive and collaborative team environment.
