Real Estate Salesperson

Overview e-Agent Realty (REAA 2008) is seeking several applicants to enter the Real Estate profession as a Salesperson Trainee. This position does not require you to already have a Real estate Salesperson’s licence. Once accepted to the e-Agent Realty Training program, the successful applicant will receive online academic training, as well as actual On The Job training. At the completion of the training period (usually about 90 days), the then newly Licensed Salesperson will be assisted in finding an appropriate placement with a professional real estate office near the applicant’s place of residence. This program seeks to produce Salespeople with an extra measure of both academic and real life training and the successful applicant will achieve a recognised “LicencePlus™” status and enter the profession with the tools needed for an extraordinary career. Key points The role does not require a current Real Estate Salesperson’s licence to apply. Training includes online academic components and On The Job training. Training period is typically about 90 days, after which placement assistance is provided with a professional real estate office near the applicant’s residence.
