About the Role As Operations Manager, you will lead day‑to‑day operations of our team, support frontline teams, and ensure we continue delivering exceptional service to our customers. Key responsibilities include: Leading, coaching, and supporting frontline teams Ensuring service delivery meets customer and contractual requirements Managing operational issues, incidents, and escalations Supporting workforce coordination and service coverage Maintaining compliance, health & safety, and operational standards Building strong customer and stakeholder relationships Driving team performance and continuous improvement Supporting efficient and cost‑effective service delivery What You’ll Bring We’re looking for a practical, hands‑on leader who can motivate teams and deliver results.
