Delivery Lead

Delivery Lead – Te Au Reka Programme Full Time, Fixed Term (2–3 years). Location: Wellington CBD. Overview We are modernising the administration of justice by replacing paper‑based processes with a digital case management solution. As Delivery Lead you will guide one or more functional squads through build and delivery iterations, ensuring high‑quality outcomes. Responsibilities Lead and support cross‑functional agile squads. Provide delivery oversight and assurance. Manage risks, issues, dependencies and delivery roadblocks. Facilitate planning and delivery activities. Support integrated release and readiness planning. Promote continuous improvement and agile best practice. Build strong relationships across business and technology teams. Provide clear reporting and insights for governance and decision‑making forums. Skills and Experience 10+ years of experience in delivery, project, programme or agile leadership roles. Experience leading or coaching cross‑functional agile teams in complex ICT or digital transformation environments. Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and frameworks. Agile certification (Scrum Master, SAFe, PMI‑ACP, or equivalent). Proven ability to identify and manage risks, dependencies and impediments. Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. Strong facilitation, communication and problem‑solving abilities. Experience working within large‑scale transformation programmes. Understanding of public sector governance, accountability and decision‑making frameworks is advantageous. Benefits Salary range: $105,226–$144,034, based on skills and experience.
