Job Responsibilities Assisting customers with general queries Coordinating staff recruitment Coordinating staff training and development activities Ensuring organisational policies and procedures are followed Maintaining workplace Occupational Health and Safety Resolving staffing issues and stock discrepancies Supporting and contributing a cooperative organisational culture Skills Dedicated work ethic Eye for detail and accuracy Strong communication skills between all stakeholders Efficient problem solving skills Effective leadership and management skills Proficiency in using computer systems Certifications S2 & S3 trained applicants highly regarded Certificates I - III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded Physical Requirements Repeat the same movements Stand for long periods of time Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls Why Work With Us?
