Job Description As a Store Manager, you will be at the helm, guiding all aspects of your store to achieving greatness. You will lead your team, delight customers, manage finances, develop marketing strategies, and ensure eye‑catching visual merchandising. Your role also involves inspiring and motivating your team to go above and beyond, sparking imaginations through expert advice, educational experiences, and live demonstrations. Our team is diverse and offers a full end‑to‑end service to customers – from the moment they walk in the door to delivery, set‑up, and support in their homes. You will drive technology to life for customers and help deliver an outstanding experience. Qualifications We need someone passionate about technology and the products we offer. You should have strong attention to detail, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and pride in coaching and leadership. You will already be commercially savvy with a good understanding of retail and business performance. An outgoing, friendly personality and belief that service and relationship building with customers are key are essential.
