Reference: 6913499 We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Residential Care Administrator to join our Residential Care team in Ivan Ward at the lovely Selwyn Retirement Village. This is a varied and rewarding role that provides essential administrative and reception support to the Clinical Manager, while ensuring residents, families, and visitors receive a warm, professional welcome. This position plays a key role in supporting clinical operations, financial administration, compliance, and service excellence, while living the values of The Selwyn Way. About the role Provide high-quality administrative support including documentation, reporting, audits, meetings, and compliance activities Manage staff time and attendance processes to support accurate payroll outcomes Undertake financial administration including invoicing, reconciliations, purchase orders, resident accounts, and petty cash Deliver professional reception and hospitality services for residents, families, visitors, and contractors Support resident admissions, appointments, events, and day-to-day coordination Maintain accurate databases, registers, spreadsheets, and records Support quality improvement, health and safety, and confidentiality requirements About you A minimum of three years administrative front of house Reception experience, ideally within healthcare, aged care, or a complex service environment Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Confidence working with financial processes, data, and systems Professional communication skills and a strong customer-service mindset The ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure A collaborative, proactive approach and willingness to support the wider team Why join Selwyn?
