As part of a lean team, you will own opportunities, build trusted customer relationships, identify valuable use cases, shape solutions, and help move customers from initial conversation through to deployment. Lead conversations with prospective and existing customers Understand customer priorities, business processes, technical environments, constraints, and desired outcomes Identify high-value opportunities for agentic AI, workflow automation, decision support, and intelligent software Facilitate technical discovery sessions, workshops, architecture discussions, and solution reviews Translate ambiguous customer problems into clear use cases, requirements, and next steps Build trusted relationships with technical, operational, commercial, and executive stakeholders Maintain momentum and clear communication throughout the customer journey Design agentic solutions involving planning, reasoning, memory, retrieval, tool use, approvals, and human-in-the-loop workflows Create solution architectures connecting agentic systems with enterprise applications, APIs, data sources, and knowledge platforms Recommend appropriate model providers, deployment approaches, integration patterns, and governance controls Design model-agnostic solutions using commercial and open-source model providers Explain trade-offs involving quality, latency, reliability, cost, privacy, security, data residency, and vendor dependency Collaborate with forward deployed engineers to validate feasibility, effort, risk, and delivery approach Ensure proposed solutions are practical, secure, scalable, and achievable Demonstrations and technical evaluation Build and deliver tailored demonstrations and lightweight prototypes for customer-specific use cases Configure agentic workflows using LangGraph and related AI orchestration technologies Demonstrate tool calling, retrieval, reasoning, memory, integrations, approvals, and automated actions Adapt demonstrations for technical and non-technical audiences Explain agent behaviour, limitations, controls, evaluation methods, and deployment considerations Scope and lead proofs of concept, pilots, and technical evaluations Define objectives, success criteria, responsibilities, timelines, dependencies, and expected outcomes Identify technical risks, blockers, and integration challenges early Evaluate whether proposed use cases are technically feasible and commercially worthwhile Commercial ownership and enterprise delivery Shape proposals, statements of work, pricing assumptions, delivery plans, and implementation scopes product capabilities to measurable customer value and business outcomes Identify opportunities to expand successful deployments into additional workflows, teams, or business units Design integrations with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and knowledge platforms Advise on authentication, authorisation, permissions, access controls, and delegated actions Support technical due diligence, architecture reviews, security assessments, procurement, and security questionnaires Explain data handling, model-provider interaction, auditability, deployment options, and operational safeguards Product and market feedback Act as a direct link between customers, product, engineering, and leadership Capture recurring customer requirements, technical objections, product gaps, and integration needs Provide structured feedback that influences product priorities and roadmap decisions Identify reusable workflows, integrations, and implementation patterns Share lessons from customer
