About the Role Are you a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? Ward 26 is a dynamic 32-bed medical ward, including a 5-bed Acute Stroke Unit, providing care for patients with a wide range of complex medical conditions. We are seeking an exceptional Associate Charge Nurse (ACN) to support the senior nursing team in delivering outstanding patient care, maintaining high clinical standards, and fostering a positive team culture. This is a permanent, 0.6FTE role, working rostered rotating position across morning, afternoons and weekends. In this role, you will be a visible clinical leader, coordinating day-to-day operations, supporting staff, and responding to the challenges that arise in a busy acute care environment. You will work closely with nursing, medical, and allied health teams to ensure patients receive safe, high-quality, and person-centred care.
