Duty Manager - The Warehouse, Blenheim

Role Purpose The purpose of the role is to take the lead in the absence of the manager, overseeing store operations and cashing up. Hours of Work 1pm - 10:30pm – Friday and Saturday. Fixed term: This role ends on the 1st of November 2026. Responsibilities Take lead when manager absent, overseeing store operations and cashing up. Keep the team focused by ensuring continuous development. Actively promote a safe environment. Ensure trading requirements are met. Control shrinkage. Maintain consistency. Qualifications Drive and ambition. Ability to interpret and execute plans. Good written and verbal communication skills. First Aid certificate and Building Warden training.
