We have a newly created opportunity for a Senior Data Experience Designer to join us here at Chorus. In this role, you’ll lead the discovery, design and delivery of data products, dashboards and analytical experiences that help shape business decisions. Working within agile squads, you’ll turn complex problems into practical data solutions, influence priorities, and guide work from concept through to delivery. As Chorus continues to grow the maturity and impact of its Data & Analytics practice, this role plays an important part in shaping how we approach stakeholder engagement, data experiences, and agile delivery. You’ll actively contribute to and champion standards and ways of working, provide mentorship and uplift capability across the practice, and partner with senior leaders to solve complex business challenges while shaping the future direction of Data Experience at Chorus. You are a senior analytics, insights or data practitioner who is comfortable moving between discovery, stakeholder engagement and delivery. To Step Into This Role, You’ll Bring Experience leading end-to-end delivery of analytics, reporting, dashboard or data products within agile or squad-based environments Experience shaping problems, facilitating discovery and influencing decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups Advanced SQL capability and deep data literacy, with the ability to translate business challenges into practical data solutions Experience designing user-focused data products and analytical experiences using modern visualisation and BI tooling Experience developing and working with semantic models within Power BI, Snowflake or similar modern data environments Experience uplifting capability through mentoring, coaching, standards development or improving ways of working This is an exciting time to join Chorus as we continue to invest in our Data & Analytics capability.
