About The Role We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team at Patrick Hogan Retirement Village in Cambridge as a Gardener. This is a Full Time position working Monday - Friday 0800 - 1630 Hours. Responsibilities In this role you will: Work in a team focused on maintaining our beautiful gardens in our resort‑style setting for our residents, their families and our staff to enjoy. Service the grounds and gardens to ensure a great appearance and safety of all grounds areas. Enjoy variety with a bowling green, water features, residential and shared areas. Work closely with, and support your colleagues. About You To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have: Previous experience in a Gardener/Landscaper role. Strong problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Outstanding communication skills. A reliable, friendly and professional manner. Horticultural qualifications preferred.
