ECE Assistant Centre Manager -- Lead Teaching & Operations

Lollipops Paraparaumu is looking for an experienced and passionate assistant centre manager to support the leadership of our growing centre. Working closely with the centre manager, you'll help lead the teaching team, support daily operations and compliance, build strong relationships with tamariki and whānau, and contribute to delivering exceptional early childhood education and care. We’re seeking a qualified ECE teacher with current Teaching Registration, previous leadership experience, and a collaborative, positive approach. This role is ideal for a team leader ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.
