Senior Platform Functional Consultant

About the Role This is a full‑time, permanent role based in Auckland. The position is hybrid with three days in the office and two days of flexible working. Key Responsibilities Capture and translate business outcomes into scalable platform solutions. Guide stakeholders and delivery teams on Salesforce and nCino capabilities and best practices. Facilitate workshops and solution design discussions. Support delivery, testing, change management and go‑live activities. Mentor colleagues and promote platform standards and reuse. Projects & Impact Support BNZ's strategic customer and lending transformation initiatives, maximizing value from Salesforce FSC and nCino while shaping future platform capabilities, business processes, and customer experiences. Success Metrics Success is measured by delivering high‑quality platform solutions, increasing use of native platform capability, reducing unnecessary complexity, and building stronger platform expertise across BNZ. Technical Requirements Functional consulting, platform consulting, business analysis or solution delivery experience. Experience with Salesforce, nCino or similar SaaS platforms. Strong business process analysis and solution design skills. Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement experience. Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing capabilities.
