The Faculty of Design and Creative Technologies (DCT) is a vibrant, multidisciplinary faculty bringing together creativity, technology, and innovation. The faculty works closely with industry and community partners to deliver impactful teaching, research, and engagement. This position is a 1 year Fixed Term, full-time role. Reporting to the Faculty of Design and Creative Technologies Project Co-ordinator, this role involves close collaboration with the faculty office and school staff. To be successful in this role, you will have: Collaborative work style with a friendly and approachable manner Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Responsibilities Purchasing and maintaining office supplies, administrative support for faculty office procurement. Provide travel related administration for Faculty staff, students, researchers and guests Supports the Faculty Office with general administration.
