Reporting directly to the General Manager – New Zealand and forming part of the senior leadership team, you will lead our flagship Tauranga branch, leveraging world‑class facilities, an experienced team, and a respected global brand to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and commercial performance. Your Responsibilities Driving business growth by leveraging your established industry networks to identify and secure new opportunities within existing and emerging markets. Strengthening customer partnerships and enhancing market presence. Driving sales growth and profitability across all business areas. Delivering operational excellence by ensuring the efficient management of a complex, multi‑functional operation. Leading a high‑performing team all whilst building an engaged, collaborative, and high‑performance culture. Coaching and developing future leaders within the business. Championing employee engagement, wellbeing and safety. Playing an active role within the New Zealand leadership team. About You You are a commercially astute and people‑focused leader who thrives in complex operational environments. You will bring: Proven success in a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager, or similar leadership role. Strong networks and credibility within the on‑highway and/or off‑highway industries. Demonstrated experience achieving sales, profitability, and business growth targets. Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills. Strategic thinking combined with strong operational execution. A leadership style that inspires trust, accountability, and high performance. A genuine commitment to developing people and creating a positive workplace culture.
