Working across modern SaaS banking platforms, you'll partner with business, technology, and delivery teams to help ensure high-quality outcomes are successfully delivered in a complex and fast-moving environment. Mō te Tūranga | About the Role This is a full time, 24 month fixed term opportunity based in Auckland. It is a hybrid role with three days in the office and two days where you can work flexibly. Key Responsibilities Enable business testing readiness by ensuring test scenarios are translated into clear, structured, and executable test and delivery flows. Assist in reviewing business test scenarios for compliance, clarity, and alignment to requirements prior to BVT execution. Track delivery progress and report risks to maintain full visibility and confidence across stakeholders. Capture and classify blockers and issues to drive fast resolution with clear ownership across BA, Tech, and Data teams. Help prepare and validate test data to ensure execution is not delayed by data gaps or inconsistencies. Projects & Work You’ll support strategic lending and customer transformation initiatives delivered through modern SaaS banking platforms. The role offers exposure to testing, delivery execution, operational readiness, and continuous platform enhancement. Success Factors Success means consistently delivering high-quality outputs, proactively identifying issues, building strong stakeholder relationships, and helping keep testing delivery on track. Technical Skills Experience in testing, quality assurance, delivery support, or similar roles. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to translate complex processes into clear workflows. Experience using Jira or similar delivery tools. Understanding of SDLC and testing practices. Strong Excel and communication skills. Attributes They’ll be proactive, organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable taking ownership. They’ll enjoy solving problems, challenging assumptions, and working collaboratively with others.
