Financial Crime Investigations Manager

About the Role In this role, you'll provide leadership to our Financial Crime Investigations team, guiding high-quality and timely investigations across transaction monitoring, complex financial crime matters, and high-risk customer activity. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll help shape and support TSB's broader financial crime strategy while fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence. Responsibilities Oversee investigations, due diligence and decisioning. Ensure accurate, timely and right-first-time delivery. Maintain a strong risk and control environment. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across financial crime investigations processes. Maintain awareness of emerging financial crime risks. Qualifications 5+ years’ experience in financial services with strong exposure to financial crime operations. Required Skills Strong working knowledge of AML/CFT legislation, transaction monitoring frameworks, sanctions obligations and financial crime typologies. Proven ability to make sound risk-based decisions and take accountability for outcomes. Preferred Skills Advanced CAMS or KYC-related certification preferred. What’s in it for me?
