- Solution design and development for scalable, secure, high-performance customer facing app ecommerce app on Salesforce Commerce. \n
- Strong leadership on Salesforce Commerce Cloud / demandware implementation, solution design, and support services for ecommerce/retail websites. \n
- Expertise in building and managing highly customized websites with different technologies including Commerce cloud, Apex, JavaScript. \n
- Solid experience in Application Development Services and Application Maintenance and Support Services \n
- Strong exposure in vendor management and working with distributed teams \n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management \n
- Liaising with 3rd party vendors for service restoration & regular maintenance activities/tasks. \n

- Knowledge of Omni-channel and ecommerce experience with large-scale implementations. \n
- Knowledge of mobile app development for native iOS and/or Android devices. \n
- Experience in Azure DevOps, .net core, Angular.js, Node.js, Linux (Ubuntu), MySQL, Azure VM \n
- Experience in supporting business operations such as Merchandise/Legacy systems, MA WMS, MA OMS. \n
- Knowledge of retail domain and payments \n

- Address and resolve Incidents, Service requests assigned in the ITSM Tool, provide advice, workarounds, deploy corrections and restore Applications/systems in compliance with Service Levels & service management procedures. \n
- Raise cases or service requests, follow-up and escale them through the defined support process defined by the respective product and/or software provider. \n
- Adhere to all security and access functions, in conformance with security policies and standards, within the In-Scope Applications. \n
- Assist users to identify data errors or inconsistencies and to develop approaches to resolve data errors. \n
- Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams, manage risk, and drive successful application deployments and support. \n
- Ensure governance, SLA compliance, and smooth transition to steady state. \n
- Leverage knowledge management assets such as KEDB, SOPs, and update/maintain the knowledge article as applicable \n
- Provide periodic updates in ITSM Tool and communication to relevant stakeholders \n
- Adhere to all security and access functions, in conformance with security policies and standards, within the In-Scope Applications. \n
- Assess (on an ongoing and regular basis) vendor notices of Emergency Patches, Patch Bundles, bugs and vulnerabilities and provided reports of vulnerabilities: \n
- Proactively monitor, alert and resolve any issues and when needed reverse changes according to the roll-back plan in consultation with the change owner. \n
- Report against all Incident, Problem and Change Management SLAs as required to ensure customer and Supplier are fully informed of performance, including trends and impacts of corrective actions in performance. \n
- Prepare & publish periodic operational metrics, trends, incident and problem aging reports, SLA/KPI reports, issues/risks, mitigation steps \n
- Create problem ticket with the correct priorities for permanent fixes for recurring incidents or analysis. \n
- Perform root cause analysis, solution design, review and approval from customer SME, documentation. \n
- Adherence to policies in preparing, presenting and seeking approvals for deploying the production implementations of incident work arounds, permanent fixes or ad hoc service requests \n
- Assess proposed Patches and identify any co-dependent or pre-requisite Patches or upgrades required in the target infrastructure environment to support the proposed change. \n
- Work with the Interfacing Supplier responsible for the infrastructure to have any co-dependent or pre-requisite infrastructure changes made. \n
