• Experience providing Level 1 and/or Level 2 IT support.
\n
• Experience managing tickets within an ITSM platform.
\n
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Active Directory.
\n
• Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills.
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
\n
• A proactive, solution‑focused approach to problem solving.
\n
• Flexibility, resilience and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
\n
• An interest in continuous improvement and learning new technologies.
\n
