• Strategically attract, identify and secure specialist talent for Kiwibank’s key tech stack and transformation programmes.

• Partner closely with D&T leaders to champion internal mobility and embed diversity, equity and inclusion at every touchpoint.

• Harness AI and data‑driven tools to deliver a market‑leading recruitment experience.

• Support Kiwibank’s ambition to be Aotearoa’s employer of choice.

• Drive recruitment projects and continuous improvement from scoping through to delivery.

• Proven experience recruiting for digital and technology roles, ideally within a transformation environment.
\n
• Confident sourcing and building talent pipelines for specialist skills across a modern technology stack.
\n
• Internal recruitment experience, supporting Executive and Senior leaders with talent decisions.
\n
• Demonstrated success championing internal mobility and inclusive, evidence‑based hiring.
\n
• Expertise in using AI, recruitment systems and data‑driven tools to elevate recruitment delivery.
\n
• Strong stakeholder management skills, partnering with technology leaders to influence talent decisions.
\n
• Experience driving recruitment projects and continuous improvement.
