About the Role:
\n
\nThis is a key coordination role at the heart of operations, connecting clients, sales, production, suppliers, sub-trades, and installers to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.\n
\nWorking closely with the Production Manager, you'll manage scheduling, logistics, and communication to keep jobs on track across the North Island.\n
\nYou'll be the go-to person for organising timelines and coordinating workflow, updating schedules, and administrative processes, and ensuring everyone has the information they need to deliver efficiently and on time.\n
\n \n
What You'll Be Doing: \n
\n

\n
• Coordinate scheduling for templating and installations
\n
• Liaise with clients, contractors, external and internal teams
\n
• Manage production orders and job flow through the factory
\n
• Track progress and adjust schedules as needed
\n
• Ensure job information is accurate and ready for production
\n
• Monitor materials and support inventory coordination
\n
• Communicate delays or changes and proactively resolve scheduling and installation-related issues
\n
• Assist with administrative tasks supporting production and operations management
\n

What We're Looking For: \n
\n

\n
• Experience in scheduling, planning, or logistics within trades, manufacturing, or construction
\n
• Experience with production planning systems
\n
• Ideally, a working knowledge of Moraware or similar software
\n
• Strong administration skills, and use of MS Outlook and Excel
\n
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and shifting priorities
\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
\n
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
\n
• Able to take direction and follow instructions
\n
• A proactive, highly organised, and solutions-focused mindset
\n
