Summer Internship 2026/27 - Environmental Engineering & Environmental Science

As an Environmental Engineering Intern at Tonkin + Taylor (T+T), you will work alongside one of New Zealand’s well-established Environmental Engineering teams, contributing to a wide variety of projects that help clients understand, manage, and reduce their environmental impacts. Locations Auckland Wellington Qualifications Graduation expected between late 2027 and late 2028 GPA of approximately 6.0 or above (out of 9) The right to work in New Zealand Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Confidence working with data, calculations and technical information Strong written and verbal communication skills Curiosity and a willingness to learn A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within a team Participation in extracurricular activities, part‑time work, volunteering, clubs, sports, or community initiatives Why Join Our Environmental Engineering Team?
