Retail Administrator (Bayfair - Tauranga)

As a Retail Administrator , you’ll play a key role in supporting our teams with day-to-day operations, driving productivity, and ensuring every store delivers an exceptional customer experience. We have a part time position (20 hours/week) available at our Bayfair Shopping Centre store in the Tauranga. Applicants must be available for rostered shifts any day from Monday to Sunday. Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do As an Admin Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our teams meet and exceed our standard expectations, maintaining operational compliance within your assigned teams. Key Responsibilities: Perform scheduled standard checks in assigned stores as directed by the Quality Assurance Lead. Collaborate with Retail and Floor Leads to identify improvement opportunities and implement operational structures. Adhere to company policies, including security and confidentiality requirements. Review store processes regularly and suggest productivity enhancements. Assist with customer flow maintenance during busy periods as needed. Na tōu rourou – what you’ll bring At least 12 months experience in Retail, Admin Support, or Quality Assurance. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Exceptional report writing and presentation skills. Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks with excellent time management skills.
