EY in New Zealand seeks an Employee Relations Manager – Assistant Director to act as a subject‑matter expert on complex employee relations matters, including investigations, restructures and sensitive performance issues. The role emphasizes advisory support rather than people leadership. Two hybrid roles are available (permanent and 12‑month parental leave).
