ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking Casual Registered Nurses to join our team andprovide outstanding care to our rest home and hospital residents. With a rangeof weekday, weekend, and night shifts available, this role offers flexibilityto fit around your lifestyle and availability. As a Casual Registered Nurse, you'll play a key role insupporting the health, wellbeing, and quality of life of our residents. Workingalongside a dedicated clinical team, you'll deliver compassionate,person-centred care, provide clinical leadership, and help create anenvironment where residents feel valued, safe, and at home. Key responsibilities include: Assessing,planning and evaluating resident care needs. Administeringmedications and treatments in accordance with policy and best practice. Supportingand guiding care staff and other team members. Maintainingaccurate clinical documentation and contributing to care planning. Respondingeffectively to changing resident needs and clinical situations. ABOUT YOU You're a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse who iscommitted to providing exceptional care. You enjoy working as part of a team,can quickly build rapport with residents and colleagues, and thrive in adynamic environment where no two days are the same.
