Lead a Landmark Civil Project in Hawke's Bay Hawke's Bay | Contract Type Negotiable Seipp Construction is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to join the team delivering the East Clive Wastewater Outfall Project . This is one of Hawke's Bay's largest and most technically challenging infrastructure projects, providing a rare opportunity to broaden your experience while leading a high-performing site team. You'll work alongside an experienced project team delivering a diverse range of specialist civil works, including: Sheet and secant piling Complex dewatering Installation of 1.4m diameter PE pipeline New Zealand's largest hot tap Major mechanical installation Large-capacity wastewater flow management Unlike many projects where these activities are delivered by multiple specialist contractors, Seipp self-performs much of the work. That means you'll gain exposure across a broad range of disciplines while developing your capability on a project that will stand out on your CV. You don't need experience in every discipline. We're looking for someone who: Has proven experience leading civil construction crews Leads by example and creates a strong safety culture Builds productive, motivated teams Takes pride in delivering quality work Wants to continue learning and developing Flexible Employment Options The East Clive project is expected to run through until May 2028 . We're open to discussing the employment arrangement that best suits the right person, including: Fixed-term employment for the duration of the project Permanent employment with ongoing opportunities across Seipp's national operations Long-term secondments from other contractors looking to provide an employee with valuable development on a landmark project If employed on a permanent basis, there may be future opportunities to relocate to projects in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch as our national workload continues to grow. #J-18808-Ljbffr
