Higgins is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Network Inspector to join our Hawke's Bay team. This role helps maintain safety, reliability and performance of road networks across the wider Hawke's Bay region. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will inspect networks, identify defects and risks, and provide evidence‑based information to support asset management decisions.
