About The Role We’re looking for a Site Capital Projects Manager to lead the planning and delivery of capital projects at our Hokitika site. Reporting to the site GM you’ll be part of the Hokitika leadership team as well as managing a small team of Capital Project Managers. You’ll lead the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and aligned to business priorities. Key Responsibilities Include Leading end-to-end project delivery, from scoping to completion Managing budgets, timelines, resources and project scope Leading and developing Capital Project Managers Coordinating contractors, consultants and stakeholders Driving strong health & safety practices and compliance Embedding consistent project management processes and continuous improvement About You You’re an experienced project leader with a strong background in capital projects within a manufacturing or industrial environment. You Will Have A relevant qualification in engineering, project management or similar Proven experience delivering medium-large capital projects Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Sound knowledge of project planning, risk management and budgeting Experience managing contractors and driving health & safety outcomes The ability to prioritise, problem-solve and deliver results in a fast-paced environment You’re a collaborative, adaptable leader who can balance strategy with hands-on delivery.
