Silver Fern Farms Hastings site is seeking a Team Leader for the Secondary Butchery, working nightshift from 3pm to 12:30am, 45 hours per week. You will lead a team of three team leaders and oversee about 90 production staff with support from a Department Team Leader. You will drive performance, safety, and teamwork while ensuring clear communication of expectations and alignment to departmental targets.
