Company Description Northridge Golf Resort is a unique private estate set on an expansive 9-hole golf course in the scenic Hibiscus Coast countryside, just 20 minutes north of Auckland’s Harbour Bridge. The resort features an idyllic country lodge with a strong reputation for excellence and personalized service. It offers four versatile conference rooms that accommodate groups from 5 to 120, making it suitable for a wide range of meetings and corporate events. With 27 onsite accommodation rooms, Northridge is a convenient destination for residential conferences and retreats. The property is also a popular venue for weddings and special functions, attracting guests from across the Auckland region. Role Description The All Rounder Position is a full-time, on-site role based in Wainui at Northridge Golf Resort. This role supports multiple areas of the resort’s operations, including assisting with guest check-in and check-out, helping set up and service conferences, weddings, and events, and providing general hospitality support in accommodation and function spaces. Day-to-day tasks may include preparing rooms and venues, basic housekeeping duties, food and beverage service, and ensuring the property is presented to a high standard. The All Rounder will interact regularly with guests, respond to their requests, and coordinate with team members to deliver smooth, high-quality experiences across golf, accommodation, and event services. Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings is required to support the resort’s event schedule. Qualifications Experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service environments, preferably in resorts, hotels, or event venues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly, professional guest service. Basic skills in event support, such as setting up rooms, handling equipment, and assisting with food and beverage service. Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and follow procedures. Physical ability to perform hands‑on duties, including lifting, moving furniture, and standing for extended periods. Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude toward teamwork and cross-functional responsibilities. Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings, depending on event and guest needs. Previous experience in golf resort operations or knowledge of golf environments is an advantage but not essential. Valid right to work in New Zealand and reliable transport to Wainui. #J-18808-Ljbffr
