Job Description
Job Description Senior HR Advisor (Part time, 20 hours per week) based in Blenheim, working closely with the local operations team and wider HR team in Auckland within a global family. The role provides operational HR support, guidance, and coaching to managers and employees, implements performance management processes, manages end‑to‑end recruitment for ANZ business, supports employee relations, onboarding/off‑boarding processes, culture journey delivery, HR process enhancements, and other HR matters. Key Responsibilities Managing end‑to‑end recruitment including Future Workforce and Cadet Programs. Supporting managers and employees with employment relations matters. Coaching and mentoring other P&C team members and role‑modeling company culture. Managing databases and systems to support HR operations. Leading core OD activities – surveys, performance, change management. And more… Qualifications Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience, including managing employment relations and recruitment; strong communication skills; experience on various HR systems (e.g., Workday); data‑driven mindset with critical thinking skills.
