Whether you’re an experienced or accomplished administrator, our Executive Office offers a range of opportunities to contribute at different levels across the organisation. Depending on the role, you may provide executive support a member of the Executive Leadership Team, partner with members of our Executive Leadership Team to coordinate priorities and deliver high-quality administrative services, or play a vital role in our integrated administration team by managing referrals through our client management system, coordinating organisational activities, and supporting teams across the TPO Group to ensure our services continue to achieve the best outcomes for whānau. No matter where you join the team, you’ll be part of a collaborative Executive Office that works together to deliver exceptional service, build strong relationships, and continuously improve the way we support our people, our leaders and our communities. The roles available are outlined below: Kaiāwhina Roopu Manahautū | Group Executive Administrator (x2) These roles provide high‑quality administrative support to members of the Executive Leadership Team, helping to ensure the Executive Office operates efficiently and leaders are well supported to deliver on organisational priorities. You’ll: Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel and key organisational activities. Prepare reports, presentations and meeting documentation. Organise meeting logistics and support follow‑up actions. Maintain accurate executive records and administrative systems. Build effective working relationships across the organisation. Deliver proactive, responsive and professional administrative support in a fast‑paced environment. Kaiāwhina Kohotea | Integrated Administrator This role provides essential administrative support across our integrated services, helping to ensure our teams have the information, systems and coordination they need to deliver the best possible outcomes for whānau. You’ll: Coordinate referrals through our Client Management System. Maintain accurate client records, documentation and administrative systems. Provide reception and administrative support across integrated services. Support quality reporting through timely and accurate data management. Build positive relationships with staff, clients and external agencies. Deliver responsive, organised and confidential administrative support in a busy environment. Ngā pūkenga me whai | Your skills and experience Proven administrative experience supporting executives or working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume administrative environment. Outstanding organisational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Cultural competence Proactive and self‑directed High level attention to detail and accuracy Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
