Bartender / Barista

The Hotel Britomart is seeking a Casual Bartender & Barista to join our Food & Beverage team on an as-and-when-required basis . About the Role As a Bartender & Barista, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding service across our bar, restaurant, breakfast service, and conference & events operations. You'll create consistently high-quality coffees and beverages, engage with guests, and contribute to a warm, welcoming atmosphere that reflects The Hotel Britomart's service standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve exceptional coffee and espresso-based beverages Create classic cocktails and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks Deliver attentive and personalised guest service Maintain clean, organised, and well-stocked bar and coffee stations Assist with restaurant and event service as required Process orders and payments accurately Follow Responsible Service of Alcohol and food safety standards Support opening and closing procedures and contribute to team success About You You will bring: At least 1-2 years' experience in a similar hospitality role Strong barista skills and a sound knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beverages Excellent communication and customer service skills A positive attitude and team-focused approach Professional presentation and attention to detail Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required LCQ and Food Handler certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Why Join The Hotel Britomart?
