ADAMA and Grochem New Zealand is hiring for Customer Service & Supply Chain Support. We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service & Supply Chain Support professional to join our team. This is a diverse role that combines customer service, order management, inventory coordination, and supply chain support to ensure our customers receive exceptional service while keeping products moving efficiently across New Zealand. Working closely with our New Zealand commercial team and the ADAMA Australia Supply Chain team, you'll play an important role in supporting both the ADAMA and Grochem brands. Work Location : Nelson or Porirua What You'll Be Doing Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring accurate processing and DIFOT performance. Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely, professional support. Coordinate forward orders, back orders, stock transfers, proof of delivery, and batch allocations. Process pricing adjustments, customer credits, and inventory protection returns. Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers for Grochem finished goods. Monitor inventory levels, ageing stock, and warehouse stock positions. Work closely with Sales and Supply Chain teams to support pricing, forecasting, and product availability. Coordinate inbound shipments with the ADAMA Australia Supply Chain team. Prepare reports and business insights to support inventory, sales performance, and commercial decision-making. Provide general administrative support and assist with customer service activities as required. What We're Looking For Experience in customer service, supply chain, logistics, or a similar operational role. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data and numbers. Experience using Microsoft Office; SAP, Power BI, Qlik Sense or similar ERP/reporting systems will be an added advantage. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Agribusiness experience is an advantage but not essential. Why join ADAMA?
