We areseekingan adaptable,empatheticand motivated teachersfor a rewarding fixed-term role supporting students who have been unable to attend school due to health conditions. This position is based across the Wellington region, including Wellington, HuttValley and Porirua. Ideally, applicantswillbe willing to work across all threeareas, or applicants canclearlystatetheir location preferences (Wellington, HuttValley or Porirua) in their application. These fixed term roles willattracta Special Duties Allowance. About us CRHS staff work with students experiencing physical and mental health conditions that prevent regular school attendance. We support students tomaintaintheir educational programmes and successfully transition back to their school of enrolment. The role Deliver teaching in students’ homes, local schools, health settings, and other community venues Work one-on-one and/or with small multi-level groups Adapt the New Zealand Curriculum (Levels 1–8) to meet individual learning and health needs Plan, implement and evaluate individual learning programmes Collaborate closely with schools of enrolment, whānau and health professionals Travel daily across the region is required; potential to work across multiple CRHS sites About you The ideal applicant will be: Flexible, patient, innovative and self-motivated An experienced NZ registered teacher with a current practising certificate Knowledgeable across the NZ Curriculum (Levels 1–8), with at least five years’ successful teaching experience Skilled at working collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams Requirements Access to a private vehicle for work travel Please send your CV, cover letter and completed application form to: Physical address: Level 7 234 Wakefield Street, Te Aro, Wellington #J-18808-Ljbffr
