Whether you've got experience in surfacing or come from a civil or construction background, this is a great opportunity to join a reputable contractor with consistent work and room to grow. What You'll Be Doing Assisting with asphalt and chipseal surfacing operations Raking, shovelling, and spreading materials Supporting machine operators and truck drivers Setting up and packing down worksites Spotting plant and vehicles to ensure safe site operations Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Using hand and power tools as required Working as part of a close-knit crew to deliver quality results What We're Looking For Previous civil, construction, or surfacing experience preferred Full NZ Class 1 driver's licence (essential) Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors Reliable with a positive attitude Commitment to health and safety Class 2 licence or WTR endorsements are advantageous Flexible to work occasional night shifts and weekends when required What\'s In It For You?
