About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to work as a Community Support Worker in our Mental Health and Addictions Service in Kaikohe. You will work in the residential Sub Acute Unit providing care, support and the best health outcomes as part of a collaborative care team involving registered health clinicians. This role also provides cover for a daily medication run in the community. This role is part of the Mid-North Mental Health and Addiction Services. Previous experience working with people with mental health challenges would be an advantage.
