Civil Foreman

We're looking for motivated and capable leaders to join busy civil construction projects across Mount Maunganui, Greerton, and Tauranga. Location: Mount Maunganui, Greerton & Tauranga Start date: ASAP Pay rate: $35–$45 per hour – weekly pay About the Role as a Civil Foreman, you'll be responsible for leading site crews, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You'll work across a variety of civil projects including drainage, roading, and earthworks while remaining hands‑on when required. Key Responsibilities Supervise civil crews and coordinate daily site activities Allocate tasks and manage workflow to meet project deadlines Maintain quality control and ensure technical compliance Promote and enforce a strong health and safety culture Assist with planning, scheduling, and site logistics Provide hands‑on support and leadership on site Deliver work across drainage, roading, and earthworks projects What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Civil Foreman or Leading Hand Proven experience within the civil construction industry Strong knowledge of drainage, roading, and earthworks Full Class 1 driver's licence (Class 2 and WTR endorsements advantageous) Ability to read and interpret plans Excellent leadership and communication skills Site Safe passport Current First Aid certificate Clean Ministry of Justice (MOJ) record Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug test A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering quality work What's in It for You?
