Senior Recruiter - Construction, Infrastructure and Operations

Madison Recruitment is seeking a senior recruiter to join our Auckland team, managing a warm desk across project management, property and facilities, asset management, supply chain, construction and infrastructure. About the Role As an experienced recruitment professional and market leader, you will be leveraging a portfolio of existing clients and continuing to build your desk through business development and relationship management. This role is responsible for delivering an individual revenue target by providing exceptional levels of recruitment service to candidates and clients. What You’ll Step Into You’ll be set up to succeed from day one with: An established client base with existing relationships and live roles to generate immediate revenue. The flexibility to continue building the Construction, Infrastructure and Operations market while expanding your own specialist area. To Be Successful To be successful, you will be a professional, proactive and resourceful recruiter who: Has a minimum of 3–5 years' current recruitment experience, ideally within a professional services portfolio. Demonstrates strong emotional and rational intelligence. Builds trusted relationships and communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing. Thrives working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture. Values delivering a high‑quality and authentic experience for both clients and candidates.
