ServiceNow Platform Specialist

Role Overview Join Auckland Council's Platform Engineering Practice as a ServiceNow Platform Specialist. You'll configure, support and enhance ServiceNow capabilities, working with stakeholders and delivery teams to improve service delivery, automate processes and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the platform. What You Will Do Administer, configure and enhance the ServiceNow platform, develop workflows, business rules, integrations and automation solutions, lead platform upgrades, patches and lifecycle management, support ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB and other modules. Why It Might Be a Fit This role requires significant Platform Engineering experience, with experience in similar roles within large complex organisations, and a strong understanding of ITIL and enterprise-scale environments.
