About the Role Working closely with experienced Partners and senior lawyers, you will advise on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing, commercial developments, urban renewal projects, mixed‑use developments, and renewable energy projects. You will also gain exposure to the property aspects of major corporate transactions, joint ventures, sale‑and‑leaseback arrangements, financing matters and significant development projects across a variety of asset classes. This is an outstanding opportunity to build your technical capability while taking on increasing responsibility, working directly with recognised leaders in the market and developing long‑term client relationships. About You To be successful, you will ideally have: Approximately 2–5 years' PQE in commercial real estate. Experience gained within a reputable private practice firm. Exposure to acquisitions and disposals, leasing and general property transactions. Strong drafting, communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to manage matters autonomously while working collaboratively within a high‑performing team. New Zealand‑qualified lawyers with strong commercial property experience who are looking to relocate to Melbourne are encouraged to apply. Assistance with the admission process can be discussed.
