The Role The Senior Ecologist will take the lead across a varied portfolio of survey work, habitat assessment, and ecological reporting. Day-to‑day responsibilities include carrying out protected species and botanical surveys, designing habitat restoration and creation schemes, and producing BNG assessments. The Senior Ecologist will also undertake Ecological Impact Assessments, manage projects, support mitigation licence applications, and provide guidance to more junior members of the team.
