This is a Full Time position working Monday to Friday 08:00-16:30 . In this role you will: Lead a team focused on maintaining our beautiful gardens in our resort-style setting for our residents, their families and our staff to enjoy Service the grounds and gardens to ensure a great aesthetic appearance and ensure safety of all the grounds area Enjoy lots of variety with a bowling green, water features, residential and shared areas Work closely with, and support your team and colleagues About You To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have: Previous experience in a Lead Gardener/Landscaper role Ability to lead a motivated and productive team Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail A reliable, friendly and professional manner About Ryman Ryman is a leader in retirement living and care, employing over 7,700 people in New Zealand and Australia across a wide range of areas, including nursing, village operations, sales, technology, design, and corporate roles.
