Responsibilities Hands‑on role where you’ll be owning both TA strategy and day‑to‑day delivery of all vacancies across the organisation. Standalone role (no direct reports) — you’ll lead outcomes through influence and execution. Partner closely with People & Culture to embed recruitment into the broader people agenda. What You’ll Bring Proven, senior level internal recruitment experience and understanding of how TA supports broader P&C. Strong end‑to‑end hiring capability across varied portfolios and seniority levels. Confidence driving process improvement (reporting, time‑to‑hire, agency utilisation). Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to work with leaders globally. Interest and capability in using AI tools to improve outcomes and efficiency.
