Customer Specialist – Kerikeri & Kaikohe ASB Advice Centres (Branch Banking) At ASB, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Our Advice Centres are evolving, and it’s an exciting time to join us as we continue to deliver innovative, personalised, and convenient banking solutions for our communities. We currently have two full-time opportunities, based in our Kerikeri and Kaikohe Advice Centres. As a Customer Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers with their everyday banking needs. From handling a wide range of queries to guiding customers through our digital and self-service options, you’ll help create simple, seamless banking experiences. No two days are the same — you’ll support customers across multiple channels while helping to keep branch operations running smoothly. These are full-time roles (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday .
