It is also home to one of the biggest dryers in the world, capable of producing 28 metric tonnes of whole milk powder every hour. During peak season our Clandeboye site processes up to 13 million litres of milk every day. About the Opportunity | Mō tēnei tūranga As a People & Culture Business Partner in New Zealand Manufacturing, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. This is a strategic partnering role, bringing our people strategy to life by embedding workforce planning, capability development, and culture transformation into site operations—aligned with business priorities and the evolving needs of our Co-op. Working closely with leaders across our Clandeboye site, you’ll influence strategic thinking, drive high performance, lead change, and deliver organisational solutions with real business impact. A key focus is leading strategic workforce planning at scale. You bring strong hands‑on experience developing and delivering end‑to‑end, data‑driven workforce strategies—aligning long‑term goals with practical plans. As a trusted advisor, you’ll coach leaders, champion engagement, and design people solutions to solve business challenges. You’re a strategic thinker with strong business insight and a passion for enabling performance. With strong influencing skills, you partner effectively with diverse leadership teams to anticipate workforce needs and enable business success.
